Subscription Terms

These terms supplement the User Agreement and explain how Tegas AI paid plans with automatic renewal work.

1.1. A plan gives you access to the service features for the paid period (a week, month, quarter or year) and a plan allowance of tokens — the internal unit used to pay for generations.

1.2. The Active week is a 7-day introductory period: all Active plan features and 120 tokens. It can be bought once per account, and only if the account has no active paid plan.

2.1. The Active week costs $7.50.

2.2. During the first 48 hours after sign-up, and during a separately announced one-time promotion, the week costs $5.99. The price you see before paying is final: if it changes in the meantime, the payment will not go through and we will show you the new price.

3.1. After 7 days the week automatically renews into a month of the Active plan for $30, unless auto-renewal is turned off. The charge is made to the card used to pay for the week.

3.2. Other plans renew for the same period (month, quarter or year) at that period's price. The charge is made on the day the paid period ends.

3.3. We accept card payments only.

4.1. If auto-renewal is on, a card is saved and the charge fails, your plan stays active for 3 more days. During these days we retry the charge once a day, and you can keep using your unspent tokens as usual.

4.2. If the payment still fails after 3 days, the plan ends.

4.3. If you turn off auto-renewal during these 3 days, the plan ends immediately.

5.1. Unspent plan tokens expire when the plan actually renews (before the new period's tokens are added) or actually ends.

5.2. Separately purchased token packs never expire.

6.1. In your profile, click "Turn off auto-renewal". Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and there will be no further charges. With auto-renewal off there is no 3-day extension — the plan ends on the last paid day.

6.2. Your card is stored by our payment provider, Stripe. Turning off auto-renewal stops all further charges; to have the card removed, contact welcome@tegas.ai.

6.3. Changed your mind? Click "Turn on again" while the plan is still active.

7.1. Fees paid, including for the Active week, are non-refundable, except:

• where the Company is unable to provide the Services due to its own fault;
• where mandatory consumer protection laws provide a cooling-off period (e.g., 14 days in the EU/UK).

7.2. Refunds are not available for discounts, promotions, bonuses, or tokens.
