Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Website https://tegas.ai and within the Services provided by Tegas LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing a subscription or add-ons, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1.1. Tegas LTD provides access to a digital online Service. In accordance with international e-commerce standards, subscription fees and payments for digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

1.2. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that the Service is considered delivered and duly renderedfrom the moment your subscription is activated or credits (T-coins) are credited to your account.

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, annual);
• Any allocated or purchased T-coins;
• One-time add-ons or consumables (e.g., rendering packs, stock media packs, “super render” add-ons);
• Discounts, bonuses, loyalty rewards, or promotional credits.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Service Failure: If the Company is unable to provide the Service due to its own fault (e.g., permanent technical failure not resolved within 30 days);
• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription;
• Fraudulent Transaction: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to confirmation by the payment processor).

In such cases, the Company reserves the right to verify the claim and request supporting evidence before processing the refund.

4.1. To request a refund, you must submit a claim to hello@tegas.ai within 14 days from the date of the original transaction.

4.2. All approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

4.3. Processing time may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.1. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company will be treated as a violation of this Policy.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account in case of chargeback abuse.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
